At home, browsing the Internet and been captured by another historic celebration to be recognized. Have you seen the eye catching Google logo for this day? The logo is all about the 20th Anniversary of Hubble Telescope Launch by NASA. I am pleased seeing Google in making such effort recognizing exciting and important events in our history. Two days later, I am being informed celebrating the Earth Day because of their logo and now, I came to be aware about this Hubble Telescope, taking me some time to research and get some details about it.As I searched the Internet, I read about this Hubble Telescope. The Hubble Space Telescope (HST) is a space telescope that was carried into orbit by the space shuttle in April 1990. It is named after the American astronomer Edwin Hubble. Although not the first space telescope, Hubble is one of the largest and most versatile, and is well-known as both a vital research tool and a public relations boon for astronomy. Hubble is the only telescope ever designed to be serviced in space by astronauts.
You’ll never see its importance and what it is all about when you do not make such scanning and reading all around the ‘net.
